Curtains of aurora during an active storm on February 18, 2018 from the Churchill Northern Studies Centre, and here bright enough to show some pink fringe on the bottom edge from nitrogen molecules. This night the aurora was brightest early in the evening.

This is a single frame from a 725-frame time-lapse with the Nikon D750 at ISO 3200 and Sigma 14mm Art lens at f/1.8. Exposures were 2 seconds.
