A faint but colourful aurora from the Lofoten Islands, Norway, on March 10, 2018, taken from on board the Hurtigruten ship the m/s Nordnorge as we sailed north from Svolvaer to Harstad. Capella is at left; Aldebaran is just setting, as is the Pleiades. The stars are trailed slightly due to the motion of the ship, which also blurs the foreground.

This is a 2-second exposure with the 14mm Sigma Art lens at f/1.8 and Nikon D750 at ISO 6400.
