Sunset at Writing on Stone Provincial Park, Alberta, with the Sweetgrass Hills of Montana on the southern horizon. This shot, taken just before sunset, shows the last rays of sunlight lighting the hills, and the pink Belt of Venus band appearing on the horizon in the southeast opposite the sunset point. The Milk River snakes below. This is a single frame of 700+ frames taken for a time-lapse movie, using the 10-22mm lens and Canon 7D camera.
