M27 Dumbbell Nebula (APO120 R5).jpg
Messier 27, the Dumbbell Nebula in Vulpecula the Fox, one of the brightest planetary nebulas in the sky. I've shot this many times; this is with the Askar APO120 refractor as part of testing the telescope in October 2023.
This is a stack of just 4 x 6-minute exposures with the Askar APO120 with its 1.0x Flattener for a focal length of 840mm and with the Canon R5 at ISO 800 and here full frame. Clouds and aurora this night wiped out later exposures.
