The Dark Doodad dark nebula in Musca in the southern sky, in a telephoto lens shot to simulate a binocular field of view. The globular clusters NGC 4372 (right) and NGC 4833 (left) are in the frame.

This is a stack of 4 x 2-minute exposures at f/2.8 with the 200mm lens and Canon 5D MkII at ISO 2500.
