Big Dipper & Cassiopeia Over Trees.jpg
The stars of the Big Dipper at left and the W of Cassiopeia at right over a silhouette of trees in the Cypress Hills Interprovincial Park, Saskatchewan. Polaris and the Little Dipper are at centre. This serves to illustrate the location of these northern stars in late summer and autumn. The Andromeda Galaxy is at upper right, with a short meteor trail below it.
This is a stack of 4 x 30-second exposures for the ground blended with a single 30-second exposure for the sky, all with the Canon R5 at ISO 3200 and RF15-35mm lens at 15mm and f/2.8.
