The conjunction of the waxing Moon, Venus and Jupiter on Dec 1, 2008. Taken from the Rothney Astrophysical Observatory in the Foothills of the Rockies in southern Alberta during a public event for the conjunction. This was taken later in the evening with the skat darker and stars beginning to show.

Technical:
WIth the Canon 20Da camera and 35mm lens at f/2.8, for 2 sec at ISO 400. Reprocessed in 2025.
