NGC 7009 in Aquarius (APO120 Ra).jpg
This is the small and bright (magnitude 7.8) planetary nebula NGC 7009, aka the Saturn Nebula, due to its ring-like appendages just visible here at this scale. However, the tiny cyan-coloured disk is overexposed. NGC 7009 is in Aquarius. It is also known as Caldwell 55. It was discovered by William Herschel in 1782, though it was Lord Rosse who gave it its name in 1850.
