A panorama of Bow Lake in Banff National Park, Alberta on a very dark and clear night, July 17, 2018. The Milky Way toward the galactic core lies above Bow Glacier. Saturn is reflected in the still waters.

Bands of green airglow colour the sky to the south at left.

I shot this about 2:45 am July 17, 2018. This is a crop of a full 360° panorama consisting of three tiers of 7 segments each, with the 20mm Sigma Art lens at f/2 and Nikon D750 at ISO 6400 for 30 seconds for each segment.

I used the Syrp Genie Mini for the automatic camera positioning in azimuth. I stitched the panorama with PTGui.
