The bright magnitude 6 globular star cluster NGC 2808 in Carina. It is a Class I globular, the most concentrated.

Taken with 4-inch AP Traveler apo refractor at f/6 with Canon 5D camera at ISO 800 for stack of 4 x 7 minute exposures. Taken from Coonabarabran, NSW, April 22, 2007. Reprocessed in 2025.
