This is Messier 94, the bright face-on spiral galaxy in Canes Venatici. Note the outer faint ring of starlight. The galaxy was discovered by Pierre Mechain in 1781. Charles Messier observed and catalogued it that year.
This is a stack of just 5 x 8-minute exposures with the Canon EOS Ra at ISO 800 through the SharpStar 140mm refractor at f/6.5 with no field flattener.
