Mercury at lower left in the twilight glow, with bright Venus and the overexposed Moon in conjunction at the centre, and Saturn then bluish Regulus at upper right, on the morning of November 5, 2007. This illustrates the steep tilt of the ecliptic in the pre-dawn sky in autumn.

Technical:
With the Canon 20Da at ISO 200, 15mm lens at f/2.8 for 13 seconds, untracked. Reprocessed in 2025.
