Red Deer River in Autumn Moonlight.jpg
The Red Deer River in autumn colours illuminated by a nearly Full Moon rising in the east. Clouds are moving in from the west partly obscuring the stars. This was from the old Dorothy Bridge. Arcturus is the bright star at upper left.
This is a mean-combined stack of 8 exposures for the ground to smooth noise and a single exposure for the sky, all 30 seconds at f/2.8 with the Sigma 24mm Art lens and Nikon D750 at ISO 800.
Vignetting and sharpening added to the ground with Zone System Effects, and an Orton effect glow added to the sky and ground with Luminar, plus a Dynamic Contrast filter added to the ground with ON1 Effects.
