The Northern Lights over the Norwegian Sea south of the small fishing village of Oksfjord, from the Hurtigruten ferry ship the m/s Trollfjord on the northbound voyage from Bergen to Kirkenes. This was during a minor geomagnetic storm producing an all-sky aurora with a Kp Index however of no more Kp 3 - 4 this night. A break in the clouds allowed a glimpse of the Lights for about an hour at 11 pm. This is looking northeast from Deck 6 Forward.

This is a single 1.6-second exposure at f/2 with the Venus Optics 15mm lens and Sony a7III at ISO 8000. Ship motion inevitably adds some star trailing.
