Green Cape from the Lighthouse.jpg
The Green Cape Lighthouse Station, shot from the Lighthouse itself, the tallest and southernmost lighthouse in New South Wales, Australia. The old lighthouse was decommissioned in the 1980s and replaced with a smaller automated beacon nearby. The cottages below were occupied by the lighthouse keepers, but are now rentable. I stayed in the nearest just below. The Lighthous is on a remote and isolated cape, once accessible only by ship. This is a late afternoon daytime shot with the 14mm wide-angle lens.
