The conjunction of the waxing Moon, Venus and Jupiter on Dec 1, 2008. Taken from the Rothney Astrophysical Observatory in the Foothills of the Rockies in southern Alberta during a public event for the conjunction.

WIth the Canon 20Da camera and 35mm lens at f/3.2, for 1/13 sec at ISO 100. Reprocessed in 2025.
